Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

We hope you love your crystal bracelet as much as we love making it! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • Subject to above conditions, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging

To start a return, please email us at hyerin@krystalaura.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  • A short description of the issue

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the fault is ours)

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Due to the nature of handmade and natural stone products, the following are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged by wear, misuse, or accident

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the delivery service directly in such cases, or let us know if we can help follow up.
