Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped, along with tracking information if available.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delays & Issues
